AeroTech 一次性馬達系統 DMS 是一種單次使用的馬達，以套件形式提供，由使用者自行組裝。所有 Aerotech DMS 馬達均使用一次性元件。噴嘴和燃料已預先安裝。

H13ST-P 是一款 Plugged/Smoke 馬達。Plugged 補充套件不使用馬達驅動的彈射藥。Plugged 馬達必須搭配計時器、高度計或無線啟動回收系統使用。 馬達外殼包含推力環。

DMS 馬達採用 filament-wound 纖維玻璃外殼、玻璃強化複合酚醛噴嘴、成型塑膠隔板，以及 RCS 獨家的 Super Thunder™ 航太級複合燃料配方，能產生明亮的紫藍色火焰，且排煙極少。Super Thunder™ 馬達提供的 ISP 高於 Blue Thunder™。

此 AeroTech 馬達包裝包含 1 個火箭馬達與 1 個 FirstFire™ 點火器。需透過 UPS 或 FEDEX 進行危險品運送。聯邦法律目前禁止將此高功率馬達出售給未滿 18 歲的人士。此為高功率馬達，購買需具備透過 NAR 或 Tripoli 取得的第 1 級高功率認證。包含此商品的訂單將在收到年齡證明（如駕照影本）與第 1 級認證證明後才會出貨。
