The 5120 N-sec case is a beast and the machined threads on the forward closure are buttery smooth, no galling at all after four flights. Liner fit is snug without needing tape, which saves me time at the pad. Exactly what I needed for my L3 cert attempt.

Been flying 98mm reloads for years and this case threads on smooth every time. The 5120 N-sec rating lines up with what I get in my sims, and cleanup after a launch is way less scraping than my old setup.

Flew this in my 5120 case last weekend and the machined end closures seal up perfectly every time I load a reload. The aluminum wall thickness feels substantial without making the case a pain to carry out to the pad.
