Enerjet G80-10T mid-power motors are single-use composite propellant model rocket motors. These high performance, composite propellant model rocket motors use the same family of solid propellant as NASA’s Space Shuttle Boosters, military missiles, sounding rockets, and NASA’s future SLS moon rocket. They utilize a patent pending high-strength polymer case and bulkhead, polymer nozzle and RCSs exclusive Blue Thunder™ aerospace grade composite propellant formulation, which produces a gorgeous bright violet-blue flame with a minimum of exhaust smoke. Blue Thunder™ motors provide a higher level of thrust than White Lightning™ motors of the same total impulse and are perfect for high lift-off acceleration.

This Enerjet motor pack comes with 1 rocket motor and 1 FirstFire™ Jr. Initiator.  The sale of this high power motor to persons under 18 years of age is currently prohibited by federal law.

Certified by the Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA), the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) and the Canadian Association of Rocketry (CAR).

Hazel ★★★★★

Used this for my first mid-power build and the delay times were exactly as printed on the casing. The composite propellant burned cleanly with almost no residue left in the tube.

Grace G. ★★★★★

The thrust curve gives a nice, steady boost off the pad, and the ejection charge fired right when expected. I’m impressed with how consistent the burn was on the first two I flew.

Christopher F. ★★★★★

The delay on this G80 is spot on — it ejected the chute right at apogee on my first flight. The composite propellant burned clean and gave a nice, steady boost. Really impressed with how consistent the thrust curve felt.
