The AeroTech Loadable Motor System LMS is a single-use motor in kit form that is assembled by the user. All of the Aerotech LMS motors use all-disposable components. You will need 5-minute epoxy glue to assemble this motor, which is not included.

The K250W-PS is a Plugged/Smoke motor. Plugged reload kits do not utilize a motor-actuated ejection charge. Plugged motors must be used in conjunction with a timer, altimeter or radio-activated recovery system. It requires a 54mm Aft Closure and a 54mm Extended Forward Closure.

This AeroTech motor utilizes a patent pending high-strength polymer case and bulkhead, polymer nozzle and RCSs exclusive White Lightning™ aerospace grade composite propellant formulation, which produces a gorgeous bright white flame with lots of dense white smoke and a throaty roar at lift-off.

This AeroTech motor pack comes with 1 rocket motor and 1 FirstFire™ Initiator. Requires HAZMAT shipping via UPS or FEDEX. The sale of this high power motor to persons under 18 years of age is currently prohibited by federal law. This is a High-Power motor requiring Level 2 High-Power certification through NAR or Tripoli to purchase. Orders containing this item will not be shipped until proof of age (such as a copy of a driver’s license) and proof of Level 2 certification is received.

Certified by the Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA), the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) and the Canadian Association of Rocketry (CAR).

Nicholas G. ★★★★★

Epoxy's already in the drawer from past builds, so putting this one together took less than an hour, and the disposable casing means no cleanup afterward. That 54mm core slid in perfectly and the whole thing felt solid on the pad.

Victoria ★★★★★

Assembling this kit was straightforward once I got the epoxy mixed, and the all-disposable design meant zero cleanup worries after launch. The motor fit my rocket tube perfectly, and the burn was smooth and reliable from ignition to ejection.

Scarlett ★★★★★

Putting this together with 5-minute epoxy was straightforward, and the all-disposable components meant zero cleanup after the flight. The single-use motor gave a solid boost that really impressed everyone at the launch site.
