Perfect for small groups and family rocket outings!

Quest Q-Jets are the world's most advanced 18mm model rocket motors. Q-Jet™ high performance, composite propellant model rocket motors use the same family of solid propellant as NASA’s Space Shuttle Boosters, military missiles, sounding rockets, and NASA’s future SLS moon rocket. They utilize a patent pending high-strength polymer case and bulkhead, ceramic nozzle and RCSs exclusive White Lightning™ aerospace grade composite propellant formulation, which produces nearly double the specific impulse (or ISP, a propellant efficiency rating) of conventional black powder propellant. They are not susceptible to thermal cycling like black powder motors. Q-Jet™ White Lightning™ rocket motors deliver a brilliant white exhaust plume, dense bright white smoke trail and a throaty roar as the hallmarks of this popular propellant. Easy to track. Exciting to watch!

This Q-Jet™ 12-Motor Value Pack comes complete with 14 FirstFire™ Micro Initiators and bright orange Parachute Recovery Wadding. All Q-Jet™ motors are U.S.mailable with no hazmat fee!

Certified by the Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA), the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) and the Canadian Association of Rocketry (CAR).

Eli ★★★★★

My kids burned through six of these in one afternoon and every single one lit first try with the included igniters. The white lightning propellant gives a nice visible flame and they're noticeably punchier than the old black powder motors we used to fly. Twelve in a pack means nobody has to sit out

Scarlett ★★★★★

Bought the 12-pack for a weekend launch with my nephews and we got through eight of them before the wind picked up. The 18mm size fits the small Estes rockets we already had, and every single one lit on the first try. Wish I'd switched to these sooner.

Charlotte ★★★★★

The composite propellant on these gives a much punchier boost than the old black powder motors my kids were used to. Twelve in the pack meant the whole neighborhood got a turn without me running back to the hobby shop.
