Perfect for small groups and family rocket outings!

Quest Q-Jets are the world's most advanced 18mm model rocket motors. Q-Jet™ high performance, composite propellant model rocket motors use the same family of solid propellant as NASA’s Space Shuttle Boosters, military missiles, sounding rockets, and NASA’s future SLS moon rocket. They utilize a patent pending high-strength polymer case and bulkhead, ceramic nozzle and RCSs exclusive White Lightning™ aerospace grade composite propellant formulation, which produces nearly double the specific impulse (or ISP, a propellant efficiency rating) of conventional black powder propellant. They are not susceptible to thermal cycling like black powder motors. Q-Jet™ White Lightning™ rocket motors deliver a brilliant white exhaust plume, dense bright white smoke trail and a throaty roar as the hallmarks of this popular propellant. Easy to track. Exciting to watch!

This Q-Jet™ 25-Motor Value Pack comes complete with 29 FirstFire™ Micro Initiators and bright orange Parachute Recovery Wadding. All Q-Jet™ motors are U.S. mailable with no hazmat fee!

Certified by the Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA), the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) and the Canadian Association of Rocketry (CAR).

Natalie ★★★★★

Bought these for a weekend launch with my nephews and every single one lit clean on the first try. The composite propellant gives a much punchier flight than the old black powder motors we used to run, and the white flame is fun to watch. Zero misfires out of the dozen we've flown so far.

Leo Q. ★★★★★

The propellant burns smooth and steady every time, which makes launches feel almost predictable for the kids. Twenty-five motors in one pack means we can blast through a whole Saturday without rationing.

Eva ★★★★★

The packing is solid and the composite propellant means these burn cleaner than the old motors I used to mess with as a kid. Twenty-five in one box is perfect for a couple of weekends of launching with my nephews, and every single one has fired off without a hitch.
