I picked this up as a spare for my 38mm reloads and the machined threads spin on smooth every time. The plugged design means no ejection charge to mess with, which is exactly what I wanted for my altimeter bay setup.

The threads on this plugged forward closure are clean and it screwed right into my 38mm casing with no cross-threading. Being plugged means I don't need to mess with an ejection charge, which is exactly what I wanted for my endburn reloads. Solid machining for the price.
