EFCは、タイマーベースの電子回収システム展開モジュールで、AeroTech RMS-29 または RMS-29/40-120 リローダブルロケットモーターの前方端に取り付けます。再利用可能なグロープラグ式の排出チャージ点火システムを備えており、他の電子展開システムで一般的に使用される電気マッチや類似の使い捨てデバイスを不要にします。堅牢なアルマイト処理アルミニウム製ハウジングが、機械的衝撃や排出チャージの残留物への曝露からユニットを保護し、一体型の排出チャージホルダーは最大 3 グラムの黒色火薬やその他の火薬式排出チャージ素材を保持します。
